Dispatch Clerks of MMT nationwide have participated in a three day training program organized by the Traffic Operations Department from Tuesday 22nd September to Friday 25th September, 2009.
The theme for the training program was “The Effective and Efficient Dispatch Clerk” and it involved various discussions related to dispatching buses.
The role and responsibilities of a dispatch clerk, effective communication and timely routing of buses, group discussions and presentations on selected issues and role play on dispatching of drivers and conductors, were among the issues tackled at the training program.
