Point Officers attend Workshop |
A one week workshop has been organized for about 70 point officers of Metro Mass Transit Ltd., from 6th to 12th September, 2009 in Kumasi.
Participants for the workshop were drawn from all 16 depots of the company nationwide.
The theme of the workshop “The effective and efficient point officer” was directed at improving and upgrading the effectiveness and efficiency of MMT point officers throughout the country.
Highlights of the workshop included group discussions on the role and responsibilities of a point officer, report formats and role play on various scenarios and incidents that occur at the points where they operate.
