Management is embarking on a project dubbed Operation Show your ticket which is currently ongoing at the Northern region.
This project is aimed at shifting the responsibility of issues concerning ticket malpractice from the conductor to the passenger and to a large extent minimizes theft.
The project team is currently at the Northern region.
Management intends to extend the project to other regions within the country
