On Friday, 29th October 2010, MMT launched the “Operation Show your ticket” project in Accra. This project is meant to share the responsibility of not having a valid ticket between the bus conductor and the passenger.
A passenger without a valid ticket will pay 15 times the fare or will be prosecuted
Present at the launch were the Greater Accra Regional Minister, A. M. A Mayor, MMT Board Members and Management, Representative from MTTU and a Rep. from the Ministry of Transport.
