MMT is a proud member of the African Association of Public Transport (or: Union Africaine des Transports Publics).

The international meeting of November 2004 was hosted by MMT in Accra and welcomed representatives and operational managers from Cameroon, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Senegal and Tanzania.
